Role Overview
Join our delivery team to support security platforms and internal systems. You will assist with application support, debugging, testing, and deployment readiness while working alongside engineers and operations teams. This is a hands-on role for graduates who want real-world exposure to production systems and structured software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot internal applications used for monitoring and operational reporting.
- Assist with debugging, testing, and release validation for platform updates.
- Document fixes, workflows, and technical procedures for operational teams.
- Contribute to automation tasks that reduce manual processing and improve reliability.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to prioritize support issues.
- Maintain version control workflows using Git and GitHub.
Required Experience & Skills
- BSc (Hons) in Computing Science or a related discipline.
- Hands-on exposure to software development or application support through internship or projects.
- Comfort with C#/.NET or similar backend environments, plus basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and structured problem solving.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and collaborative development practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with REST APIs, Python, or JavaScript.
- Basic DevOps exposure (Docker, CI/CD, or cloud fundamentals).
- Confidence in documenting support steps and communicating clearly with users.
